Roberto Zuniga Valladares

Roberto Zuniga Valladares completed his PhD in the Sustainable Development Program at Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs. He is interested in climate change mitigation policies in the energy and transportation sectors. He is also interested in the pricing of climate risks in financial and commodity markets.

Roberto holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and B.S. and M.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique, France. Before joining Columbia, he worked at the Central Bank of Chile on macroeconomic modeling and policy analysis.
